Elevated Compliance provides a platform for managing and sharing Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for cannabis products. The Service includes web-based tools for businesses to upload and manage COAs, and for consumers to search and view product information that businesses choose to share.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service • Upload false, misleading, or inaccurate information • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission • Impersonate any person or entity

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elevated Compliance and its licensors. User-uploaded COAs and related data remain the property of the uploading user or business. By uploading content, you grant Elevated Compliance a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

6. Accuracy of Information

Elevated Compliance provides a platform for businesses to upload and share their COA documents. We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any information provided through the Service. All COAs and product information are uploaded by third-party businesses. Elevated Compliance is solely a hosting and display platform. We do not conduct testing, verification, or authentication of any uploaded documents. Users should verify all information directly with the source.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elevated Compliance is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our services. We provide our platform "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Elevated Compliance, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
